Are you interested in obtaining a National Diploma (ND) in Law, Common and Islamic Law, or Computer Science? You can make Sharifat Institute of Professional and Islamic Legal Studies (SIPAILS) your institution of first choice through the appropriate JAMB process.

Prospective candidates who wish to enrol in any of the Institute’s approved National Diploma programmes are advised to visit an accredited JAMB CBT Centre to effect the necessary change of institution and programme.

Candidates should also ensure that their O’Level results are uploaded to the JAMB portal and that all required admission information is accurately provided.

Scholarship Opportunity: The first 35 successful candidates in each eligible programme will be considered for full tuition scholarships, subject to the Institute’s applicable terms and conditions.

General NCE Admission Requirements

Five (5) credit passes including English Language and Mathematics
WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB (maximum of two sittings)
Relevant subjects to intended course of study
All candidates must register through JAMB UTME

Pre-NCE Programme

Applicants must possess at least five O’Level passes, three at credit level.

How to Apply

Candidates interested in:

Diploma in Sharia and Common Law
NCE in Computer Science
Diploma in Computer Science

should change their First Choice Institution to Sharifat College of Education and Islamic Legal Studies (SCEILS) at an accredited CBT centre and upload O’Level results on the JAMB portal.

After changing institution, candidates should send an SMS using their JAMB-registered phone number to 08065962826.
